Product Note - 01) In the last 5 years Contractor’s annual turnover for any 2 financial years shall not be less than the amount specified for the work. 02) Contractor’s are bound by the terms & conditions prescribed in standard Tender document KW-1 & KW-2 and the latest Government Orders. 03) The Contractor’s should not have left any work undertaken unfinished. 04) The Contractor’s are responsible for maintaining the works for 1 year in good condition after completion. 05) The Contractor’s must produce the work done certificate for 50% of the above amount and VAT certificate along with DD for tender form fee in separately to the “Secretary, A.P.M.C., Gangavathi” along with Tender requisition. (–2) -2- 06) The Contractor willing to participate in tender for the work Sl.No.3 he must have completed 2 No’s of similar work of name 1st or name in single financial year. 07) EMD for each work shall be in the form of DD drawn in favour of “Secretary, A.P.M.C., Gangavathi”. They shall scan DD and upload it to the website and original to be submitted before opening of tenders. Otherwise their tenders will not be consider. 08) The Contractors quotes rates less than Schedule rates they shall enclose the DD for difference amount. 09) Without assigning any reasons the Market Committee may either reject or accept the tenders. 10) The contractor’s willing to participate shall register with “Keonics, Bangalore” and get user ID and Passward. 11) Market Committee is not responsible for network failure. 12) More information can be obtained from Office during office hours except on holiday.
